MK Management has also done its share of trouble shooting over the years for problem facilities. These facilities were dealing with problems such as financial troubles, compliance issues, resident care matters, employee relations and many others. We have consulted with these facilities on a per matter basis or through a full-scale management contract, whichever best suited the ownership group, current management group, trustee or operator. MK Management is available on an as-needed basis for whatever operational problems you may be having and will provide the program necessary to meet the needs of the situation at hand.
