Continuous Quality Improvement Program

Our Continuous Quality Improvement program is second to none! Mk Management prides itself in taking the necessary steps to make sure that the best care is given to all residents in our facilities. We have even been told by our clients that they would rather go through a state survey than have to go through MK’s Quality Assurance Inspection. We consider that a compliment! We know our program is thorough, but after our review is completed, we then provide the necessary support to our clients that enable them to improve in areas of concern by the development of a plan of action.

Our Continuous Quality Improvement Program is thoroughly experienced in all aspects of nursing facility operation and we are 100% confident that we can assist our clients in many operational ways. We provide our clients with a systematic way of assuring that organized activities happen in the way they are planned and then continue to measure and improve them while focusing on optimal processes as defined by cost and resident outcomes.

Our main objective is to meet and exceed the standards set by residents, providers, payors and especially regulators. We develop planned systematic organization-wide approaches that will enable our clients to measure, assess, and improve performance, thereby continually improving the quality of resident care and services provided. The key is the quality surveillance and collection of integration of performance improvement data while continuous study and adaptations of our organization’s functions and processes allow you to increase the probability of achieving desired outcomes to better meet the needs of the users of the services.
